What you Need to know : BOMA INTERNATIONAL 2017 Office Standard
BOMA International has just released their latest floor area measurement standard for Office Buildings, BOMA 2017 for Office Buildings: Standard Methods of Measurement (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-2017).
BOMA's latest update to its Office Standard has been totally redesigned to a "Step by Step" format to make it easier to use and follow. Many concepts and methods have been rewritten to be easier to understand. Many helpful hints have been provided along with additional instructional illustrations and an expanded Glossary of Terms.
